FREQUENTLY ASKED

Most athletes can begin within one week of their initial assessment. After your free consultation, we'll match you with a coach and schedule your first session at a time that works with your training and competition calendar.

For athletes under 18, we encourage parent involvement during the initial assessment and periodic check-ins. However, coaching sessions are one-on-one between the athlete and coach to build trust and open communication.

We work with athletes ages 12 and up, from middle school through professional levels. Our coaches adapt their approach and communication style to match each athlete's developmental stage and maturity level.

All sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing. You just need a stable internet connection and a quiet space. Sessions run 45 minutes and are scheduled at times that fit around your training and school commitments.

We match coaches based on sport expertise, athlete age, specific challenges, and personality fit. After your free assessment, our team selects the coach best suited to your needs. If the fit isn't right, we'll reassign at no additional cost.

Mental performance skills are universal. We work with athletes in all sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, swimming, tennis, golf, volleyball, track and field, gymnastics, hockey, and many more. Our coaches tailor strategies to your sport's specific demands.

The Launch Program (4 sessions) is great for addressing specific challenges. For lasting change, we recommend a minimum of 8-12 sessions. Many of our most successful athletes maintain ongoing monthly sessions to continue building and refining their mental game.

Absolutely. All sessions and information shared are strictly confidential. We use HIPAA-compliant platforms and our coaches adhere to professional ethics standards. Nothing is shared with coaches, parents, or teams without the athlete's explicit consent.
